Life here has been revolving around preparations for our younger daughter's wedding. It's just two weeks away and all is going as planned. So I took a little time this week to quilt.
This little gem went together quickly, it's 42 inches square. The "sandwich" has been made, now to the machine quilting. Hoping to get this done before next week when I need to start baking.
See the lovely view from my sewing room window! The room is on the 2nd floor and a nice shade tree serves as my curtain. I appreciate the natural light but the neighbors can't see what I'm up too.

The colours on the quilt look so cooling and fresh. Blues and whites with the other highlights look wonderful. Look forward to seeing how the quilting goes.
