A purse in the holly.......

I've completed this Spring Purse.....Enjoy!

Thrift Store Find........

The colors are so vibrant and the fabric is perfect. This is heavy weight, cotton and "Protected with Total Action Du Pont Zepel Soil and Stain Repeller" according to the print along the selvage edge.......
and a great find.......
just over 2 yards, 45" wide for $1.00.
So the question is......
What to do with this fabric?
I'd love to hear your ideas.......Thanks!


From what I read on-line Bloomcraft fabric is drapery / upholstery type.

Stash-buster Baby Quilt

The little children fabric is Michael Miller the rest I don't know but it's all from my stash.......yippee!!!

15" wide at top; 10" x 5" flat bottom; 9" tall; 21.5" double straps with 9" drop (drop = the space between the zipper and the top of the straps); fully lined with 1 zip and 3 slip pockets

Valentine's / Stitch Sampler Table Runner

I finished this table runner today.
Used it to try out some of the decorative stitches on my new sewing machine.
Now my head is swimming with ideas......wonder what will be next !?!?!
