I've finished the wedding flowers, for now.....I'm sure we'll think of other arrangements we need but I've cleaned everything up and I'm returning to my sewing room....I need to finish some purses.
Here are the top and side views of a mini-bouquet for the bride to toss.
And a card basket for the gift table, I simply added a large gerber daisy.
Thanks for stopping by my little blog :-)

Progress!!
I made some progress on wedding preparations. I melted a little parafin wax in each canning jar and inserted silk daisies. We will fill with water and add a floating candle. 9 finished, 30+ to go....the best part of this project, the jars were free and can be easily cleaned and reused after the wedding....anybody need pint canning jars?
Here are 4 of 6 cones that will hang on the end of the chapel pews, instead of bows. I need ribbon and a few more flowers to finish this fun project.
Now on to some new projects, I have a purse to complete and another to make. Also, an inexpensive prom dress to find or make....this may be a challenge!
Thanks for visiting and have a great week!

Wedding bouquets....
Andrea's bouquet, top and side views......
Heather's bouquet, top and side views.......
Still need to make a few wreaths and pew flowers (instead of pew bows). But first I need more flowers.....ROAD TRIP.....anyone want to come along?
We haven't settled on boutonnières and corsages. Heather's not liking the idea but we haven't come up with anything better. Any ideas?
Stay tuned for more wedding fun......

Wedding flower fun.......
Here are the centerpieces for the wedding. Each container is different, most thrifted, one borrowed, all for less than $2 each. The flowers were purchased on clearance last year.
The thrifted rocking chair will have a place in the wedding decorations also. I hope to make a little, vintage looking quilt to throw over the back of the rocker......if I have time :-)
Thanks for visiting and have a great day!

Zebra in the snow.........
It's snowing today, but I decided to take this photo outdoors anyway. This is a decorator fabric, no animals were harmed in the making of this purse.....LOL
I made this bag as a new style sample. It turned out so nice I'm going to enter it in a local handmade handbag contest. Now to come up with 2 more entries.....back to the drawing board :-)

Photo Challenge.....
It was a challenge to get a photo of this diaper bag showing the correct colors.....here's the best (which isn't saying much) of many, many photos.....eventually I just gave up.....LOL
There are 3 rick-rack trimmed pockets across the front and an elastic top pocket on each end. The straps, bottom and end panels are brown.
This bag is a gift for Felicia.
