A web-friend ordered a new purse for her birthday. Her son helped select the fabric and design the bag. He did a SUPER job!
After posting a photo of this bag on Facebook, my niece decided she wanted an updated diaper bag from the same fabrics. Here's what I came up with.....she LOVES it!
I've called this a "diaper tote", it's features an outside, cell phone pocket with a magnetic snap/flap closure.......
and 2 full size compartments with magnetic snap closures and a zippered center compartment. There is also a small zip pocket and 2 slip pockets inside the center compartment.
This bag would also work well as an updated briefcase or laptop carry-all. The outside compartments challenged me, but I really like how it turned out.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

It was so good to see you Sunday night and see some of your purses in person! I LOVE the diaper bag! As always - you are an inspiration!
By the way, what kinds of rings do you use for the handles? I have some D-rings. Would they work?

These were rectangular "rings" - I think I bought them at a fabric store. I also use D-rings. Anything I can find inexpensively or thrift.....I have cut rings off of old bags or belts, I find treasures in all kinds of places !
