Fall Wall Hanging

The weather is turning a little cooler, so it's
time to celebrate!

A new wall hanging for my office.

Detail of the quilting on each block.
I used a variegated thread and walking foot
to echo the details of each block.
The stems are raw edge applique.

The 3 featured batik fabrics were purchased
for this specific project.
The other coordinating fabrics came from my scrap stash.

First, I made a sample block that turned into a
mini-quilt to add to my collection.

On to the next project :)

Thanks for stopping by my little blog.
